1. Apologies for Absence: None
2. Present: A Westover, A Martin, S Chesney, Beales, D Mitchell, B Ogden, A Hooper, A Whalley, C Thompson, F McKeown, C Neilan, G Addison, L Cameron, and 3 other members.
3. Minutes of the last AGM February 2009 held in Cambridgeshire were not located.
4. Matters arising from the Minutes: None as minutes not located.
5. Chairman Report - David summarised last AGM and summer visit to Blickling were both successful and informative events. 2 committee members had changed jobs during the year.
6. Treasurer Report
7. Secretary Report. Anne gave brief report as occasional secretary to the group. This role was generally shared and fairly informal.
8. Web site update: New web site to be launched shortly. Need to update members through region of launch of new site and need for articles and items, photos, links, Dominic is working on new site. Need to feed info back from regional groups. Previous web site info appears to be lost. AW agreed to forward constitution to Dominic if needed.
9. Technical items No further update on the possible new BS 5837.
10. Consultation documents: CPRE questionnaire re Hedgerows Regulations 1997 underway, deadline end March 2009
11. Ideas for Summer 2010 event. Event could/should be in Suffolk this year. Ideas to be forwarded to committee from officers or County groups. Cricket bat willows in riparian landscapes, Annie Great Glemham estate landscape possible trip round farm Anne W
12. Nominations and elections to new 2010 committee Suffolk, Alice Martin, Andrew Whalley Norfolk, Stephen Chesney Beales, Simon Case NNDC Cambs, Wendy Thomas, Ros Richardson, Brian Ogden Essex, Annie Hooper and Dominic Poston New committee will agree on specific roles.
13. Any Other Business. Brian thanked David Mitchell for all his hard work over last few years.
